Amaranth Flour is produced by grinding the amaranth seed.  Amaranth is an excellent source of protein, in fact it contains more protein and fibre than whole wheat.  It also provides to be a good source of vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and folic acid.

Ingredients: Amaranth Seed.

Storage Conditions: Store in cool, dry conditions.

Recommended Use: Substitute Amaranth flour with any other flour.
