Rice Flour is milled from Australian long grain rice.  It is rich in starch and is ideal for recipes that require a light texture.

Ingredients: Rice Flour.

Storage Conditions: Store in dry, cool conditions.

Recommended Use: Substitute flour for wheat flour - 7/8 cup rice flour – 1 cup Wheat flour.
Use to make pastry, biscuits, flavour carrier, etc
