Rice Malt is a brown, slightly turbid syrup of carbo-hydrates derived from rice.  It may be used as a substitute for sugars.

Ingredients: Rice. (may contain traces of gluten)

Storage Conditions: Store in cool, dry conditions.

Recommended Use: May be used in substitution for granulated sugar – cup per cup, but the liquid ingredients should be reduced by ¼ cup per cup of rice malt.
