Soya Flour is made from pure, dehulled, Australian grown, soya beans.  It is a high protein flour with a nutty taste.  It can be used to thicken recipes or added as a flavour enhancer.

Ingredients: Soya Beans.

Storage Conditions: Store in cool, dry conditions.

Recommended Use: Use in bakery products, crumbing and batter mixes, pasta, confectionary, small goods, protein extender and/or meat substitute, nut extender/substitute, dairy milk solids/fats/egg replacer, fat and/or water absorption.
